摘要
目的了解合肥市社区卫生服务(CHS)机构资源配置、服务能力现状及其缺陷。方法选择合肥市115所CHS机构为调查对象,根据问卷设计的调查项目,通过询问及文档资料查阅收集资料,调查卫生技术人员的数量与结构和CHS机构的基本设备配置、服务提供能力与方式以及上下级机构的关系。结果CHS机构共有卫生技术人员1538人;41%的卫生技术人员从事全科诊疗工作;53%的卫生技术人员为大专及以上学历,CHS中心与CHS站卫生技术人员的岗位分布、学历结构、年龄结构间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CHS机构诊疗及实验室检查设备、预防保健及健康教育设备的配置较好;90%以上的CHS机构能提供常见病及多发病诊治和急救服务;预防及妇幼保健服务未能获得充分的提供。结论卫生技术人员的分布有待进一步完善;CHS中心需重点关注呼吸机、洗胃机、麻醉机及婴儿身高与体重计的配置,CHS站需重点关注B超、心电图机及妇产科检查器械的配置;CHS机构服务提供有待进一步丰富、发展。
Objective To know the present situation of the resources disposition and service ability of the community health service （CHS） institutions in Hefei city. Methods Questionnaires were conducted, through inquiry and file material review, on the numbers and construction of health technique personnel, basic equipment disposition, service ability and mode and relationship between the high and low sets of the CHS institutions in selected 115 CHS institutions in Hefei city. Results There were altogether 1 538 health technical personnel, 41% of the personnel were engaged in general medicine work; 53% had educational background of junior college or above. There were statistically significant differences in disposition, education background and age of the personnel between the CHS centers and CHS stations （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The facilities for diagnosing and treating and the assistance tester of the CHS institutions were better; more than 90 % of the CHS institutions could provide diagnosis and treatment and first aids of common and frequently -seen diseases. However, the service ability of prevention and mother and child health care was in short, Conclusion The distribution of health technical personnel should be further consummated. The dispositions of respirator, gastrolavage machine, anesthetic machine and infant high and weight measuring gauge in CHS centers should be focused on; and the dispositions in CHS centers on B - ultrascope, electrocardiograph and gynecological and obstetrical instruments in CHS stations should be focused, so that to enrich and develop the service of CHS institution.
