Objective: To further explore the treatment effect of acupuncture based on different stages on fracture and promoting healing effect. Methods: 90 patients with distal tibial fracture were randomly divided into acupuncture based on different stages group, routine acupuncture group and control group( medicine),each group contained 30 cases, the three groups were given the routine application of antibiotics to prevent infection, they were treated for 56 days. Taking blood to determine serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase on the second,28th and 56th day after being hospitalized, observing the bony callus growth on the 14th,28th and 56th day. Results: The serum calcium concentration of acupuncture based on different stages group was significantly higher than that in routine acupuncture group and medicine group on the 28th day during the fracture healing, the serum phosphorus concentration of acupuncture based on different stages group was obviously higher than that in the other two groups on the 28th and 56th day at the same time, the serum alkaline phosphatase activity of acupuncture based on different stages group was higher than that in routine acupuncture group and medicine group on the 28th day,the radiographic callus score of acupuncture based on different stages group was significantly higher than that in the other groups on the 14th,18th and 56th day. Conclusion: Acupuncture based on different stages can promote fracture to heal by raising serum calcium, phosphorus content and enhancing serum alkaline phosphatase activity.
