摘要
目的建立大白兔骨折模型,探讨电针刺激对骨折愈合的影响,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 27只健康、成年新西兰大白兔,随机分为3组,实验组、对照组、空白组。实验组和对照组分别制作骨折模型。实验组于术后第4天起给予电针刺激;对照组只做骨折模型,不给电刺激;空白组不做骨折模型,不给电刺激。实验后1、2、4周,实验组和对照组各取3只家兔处死,取桡骨做肉眼观察并做组织切片观察。实验后4周,实验组、对照组和空白组各取3只家兔处死,取桡骨送力学实验室行三点弯抗弯强度检测。结果组织形态学观察实验组在各时间点的愈合均好于对照组。4周时,三点弯抗弯强度检测实验组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组和空白组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针刺激能明显促进骨折的愈合。
Objective To investigate the influence of electro-acupuncture stimulation on the healing of bone fracture.Methods Twenty-seven healthy adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group,control group and blank group.The experimental group was made artificial fracture and stimulated with electric acupuncture every day from the 4th postoperative day.The control group was only made artificial fracture.The blank group was neither made fracture nor stimulated with electric acupuncture.Three rabbits of the experimental and control group were put to death and the radius were taken to make slide in 1,2,4 weeks after electric acupuncture.At the fourth week,three rabbits of the experimental,control and blank group were put to death and the radius were taken to make three-point bend test.Results The healing of fracture of experimental group was better than that of the control group at every time point.At the fourth week,the three-point bend test has statistical difference between the experimental and control group,there was no statistical difference between the experimental and blank group.Conclusion The electro-acupuncture stimulation can promote the fracture healing distinctively.
