胎兔骨髓基质细胞修复骨缺损的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了证实体外培养的胎兔骨髓基质细胞可以修复骨缺损 ,将培养的基质细胞吸附于明胶海绵 ,植入兔骨缺损处 ,1、 2、 4、 6、 8周作 99m Tc- MDP骨显像、X片、组织切片观察骨痂生长情况。结果显示 ,平均 4周左右实验组骨缺损得到修复 。 In order to study the in vitro cultured feral rabbit bone marrow stromal cells for repair of bone defect, the cultured stromal cells adsorbed on gelatin sponge were planted into bone defect of rabbit radius. At first, 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th week, 99m Tc MDP imaging, x ray examination and histopathological observation were performed to observe the callus growth. The results showed that in the experimental group the bone defect was repaired at 4th week. It was suggested that fetal rabbit bone marrow stromal cells could be used as seeds to repair bone defect.
