摘要
探讨活血化瘀、补肾益气中药对大鼠骨折愈合的促进作用 ,及对骨折愈合中TGF -β表达的影响 ,得出相关结论。
The aims of this study were to observe the effect of the recipe promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, strengthening the kidney and replenishing Qi prescribed by ourselves on the fracture healing and the effect on the expression of TGF- β1during fracture healing. The results show that the recipe can promote the cell proliferation and differentiation, promote the expression of TGF- β1 during the early and middle stage of fracture healing, enhance the disappearing of TGF- β1 at the late stage of fracture healing.
