摘要
通过对既有研究的梳理,提出大学生就业能力应由方法能力群和社会能力群构成。结合大学生就业能力现状的调查和分析,指出大学生在职业认知、学习能力、心理素质、创新能力、表达能力等方面存在的不足,并积极探索大学生就业能力提升的条件,进而构建由培养模式改革、校园环境熏陶、全程就业指导组成的大学生就业能力提升的动态跟进模式。最后,从工作机制、人本化的咨询服务和个性化的就业帮扶相结合、就业指导教师队伍能力素质提高等三方面探讨了大学生就业能力提升的措施,使大学生就业能力提升自适应于大学生学习生活的全过程。
Through a review of the existing researches, it is proposed that college students' employability should be composed of the method ability group and the social ability group. According to the survey and analysis of the current situation of college students' employability, the lack of college students' occupation awareness, learning ability, psychological quality, innovation capability and language expressive ability is pointed out and the condition to improve the employability is also explored, thus constructing the dynamic follow-up mode of college students' employability improvement consisting of education mode reforming, campus environment nurture and whole course of employment guidance. What are further studied are the measures for college students' employability improvement from the aspects of working mechanism, humanistic consulting service combined with personalized employment help, and teachers' employment guidance improvement, making college students' employability improvement self- adaptive to the whole process of their leaming lives.
