感应加热弹簧钢丝不同淬火方式性能对比 被引量:3

摘要 在感应加热油淬火一回火弹簧钢丝生产过程中,淬火油产生的油烟恶化车间环境,对车间操作工的健康造成极大危害。将油改为自来水,并对012.5mm55SiCr弹簧钢丝分别进行自来水淬火和油淬火,自来水淬火温度920℃,回火温度500℃,线速度19.0m/min;油淬火温度925℃,回火温度497℃,线速度15.0m/min。将2种工艺生产的弹簧钢丝分别进行力学性能和金相组织分析,自来水淬火、油淬火生产的弹簧钢丝抗拉强度和断面收缩率相差不大,显微硬度分别为440~450,445~455HV10。2种淬火介质生产的弹簧钢丝力学性均能满足客户要求。 Abstract In the production process of induction heating oil quenching and tempering spring steel wire, the smoke pro- duced in oil quenching process has great hazard on health of workshop operators, workshop environment is poor. To change oil into water, diameter 12.5 mm 55SiCr spring steel wire is water quenched and oil quenched separately, water quenching temperature 920 ℃, tempering temperature 500 ℃, line speed 19.0 m/min, oil quenching temperature 925 ℃, tempering temperature 497 ℃, line speed 15.0 m/min. The spring steel wire produced with two processes is mechanical properties and microstructure compared, the difference of tensile strength and area reduction of spring steel produced with water quenching and oil quenching is little, microhardness is 440 - 450, 445 -455 HV10 separately, the spring steel wire me- chanical properties produced with two quenching medium meet requirements of customers.
