摘要
研究了AS7G03合金在聚醚、纤维素、70~80℃热水和25~30℃室温冷水介质中淬火冷却对合金的变形和力学性能的影响。结果表明,热水淬火引起的变形最小,其次是聚醚介质、纤维素介质和室温冷水;聚醚和纤维素介质淬火相对水淬而言对力学性能无不利影响。淬火冷却速度对亚稳相的析出速度有一定的影响,淬火冷却速度越快,亚稳相析出速度越慢,使合金达到最佳时效状态的时间就更长。
The influences of quenching rates on quenched distortion and mechanical properties of AS7S03 alloy in polyether quenchant (PQ), ethoxy cellulose quenchant (WEC), hot water (HW, 70-80 ℃ ) and room temperature water (CW, 25-30 ℃ ) were investigated. The results show that quenched distortion induced by quenching in hot water is minimum, the following is in polymer quenchant, in ethoxy cellulose quenchant and in cold water. The quenching medium in polyether and ethoxy cellulose is more advomtageous to mechanical properties than that in water. The quenching rates has some effects on segregation rate of metastable phase in AS7G03 alloy. The higher the quenching rate, the slower the segregation rate of metastable phase in alloy, the longer the time when the alloy reaches optimum aging condition.
