摘要
我国淬回火弹簧钢丝产能和产量已位于世界前列,但品种、质量及其稳定性与世界一流同类企业相比仍有很大差距。从市场、技术和经营理念3个方面对我国淬回火弹簧钢丝"十二五"期间的发展前景进行展望。根据我国汽车行业发展趋势,预计2011年将消耗粗规格淬回火弹簧钢丝约17万t,2015年约25万t;粗规格和中细规格淬回火弹簧钢丝生产技术均有3种,指出未来5 a内,这3种生产工艺将并存,一些原来生产中低端中、细规格淬回火弹簧钢丝的厂商在产业升级过程中将逐渐采用高端的生产工艺;我国淬回火弹簧钢丝产业"十二五"期间将面临难得的历史发展机遇,必须尽快进行产业升级;拥有核心自主知识产权和持续的创新能力以及一流的人才队伍是企业生存之本。
The capacity and output of China oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire are in the leading of the world, but there is still a big gap in varieties, quality and stability compared with world first class similar enterprises. The development prospect in the twelfth five year plan period of China oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire industry is predicted from three aspects of market, technology and management idea. According to China automobile industry development trend, it is predicted that in 2011 large diameter oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire is about 170 thousand ton, in 2015 is about 250 thousand ton. The production technology of large diameter, medium and small diameter oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire is both three types. And it is pointed out that three production process flow will exist at the same time, and a few enterprises who originally produce middle and lower grade medium and small diameter oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire will adopt high grade production process flow during the process of industry upgrading. In the period of twelfth five year plan China oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire industry faces rare historical opportunity for development, industry upgrade should be implemented as soon as possible. To own core independent proprietary intellectual property rights and continuous innovation ability and first class talent team are the basic survival of enterprises.
