摘要
针对油田装备制造企业知识吸收能力问题,分析了油田装备制造企业知识吸收能力影响因素,并构建了结构方程模型。对所得的结构方程模型数据使用SPSS19.0软件和LISRSL8.8软件进行处理,结果表明:研究提出的油田装备制造企业知识吸收能力影响因素均得到了验证。
In view of knowledge absorption capacity of oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises,corresponding factors were analyzed and a structural equation model was established.Results from data process by SPSS19.0 and LISREL8.8 show that factors presented do have effect on knowledge absorption capacity of oilfield equipment manufacturing enterprises.
