摘要
本研究依据2018年创业板市场129家上市公司最新调查数据,基于国资委绩效考核标准规定,确立中小企业绩效考核多维度量化指标体系,构建"四位一体"中小企业绩效考核标准理论模型和分析框架,采用因子分析统计方法,对2018年129家中小企业绩效考核水平进行多维度影响因素分析,计算出创业板中小企业绩效考核综合得分及排名,确立绩效考核水平分级标准,划分不同绩效考核水平下的企业集团,创建中小企业绩效考核标准评价体系,推动中小企业绩效考核评价标准信息系统的开发,以期探索企业绩效考核指数理论成果转化应用的道路。
According to the Newly Investigation of listed company on 129 small and medium enterprises of growth enterprise market(GEM)in 2018,based on the regulation of performance assessment standardization by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in China(SASAC),establishing the multidimensional quantitative indicators system of performance assessment on the small and medium enterprises,meanwhile,constructing quaternity analytical framework and theoretical model on performance assessment standardization of small and medium enterprises respectively,this paper established statistical model on 129 small and medium enterprises adopted Factor Analysis method for decomposing the influencing factors on the performance assessment of small and medium enterprises in 2018,to calculate the comprehensive score with ranking on performance assessment of small and medium enterprises on GEM,to classify the enterprises group in the different level on performance assessment,meanwhile,in order to establishing the evaluation standardization system on performance assessment of small and medium enterprises respectively,moreover,developing the evaluation standardization information system on performance assessment of small and medium enterprises,which will explore the transformation road from Index theory to application on the study of performance assessment of enterprises.
