摘要
呼吸科常见哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺病、肺栓塞等通气功能障碍的患者。当该类患者合并患有高血压时,就需要在选择降压药物的同时,考虑药物是否会加重呼吸困难。本文对各类降压药物从作用机制、不良反应、对呼吸功能的影响方面进行归纳总结,为临床合理选用降压药物提供参考依据。
Respiratory dysfunctions, such as asthma, embolism, are commonly seen among patients in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pulmonary department of respiratory disease. When hypertension occurs simultaneouslyin such patients, it should be important to consider whether the drug may aggravate respiratory dysfunction while selecting antihypertensive drugs. This paper aims at summarizing various types of antihypertensive drugs according to the mechanisms of action, the adverse reactions and the effects on respiratory function, and providing reference for the rational use of antihypertensive drugs.
