甲基强的松龙冲击疗法在神经外科临床应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨甲基强的松龙冲击疗法在神经外科急危重症病例的临床疗效。方法  2 5例神经外科急危重病例 ,经使用甲基强的松龙冲击疗法后临床疗效观察。探索其使用对伴有严重脑水肿、中枢性呼吸功能障碍、应激性消化性溃疡等急危重症患者的疗效评价。结果 除 5例死亡外 ,其余患者GCS计分均由入院时的 3~ 6分上升至出院时 9~ 13分。结论 经过临床观察 ,此疗法能明显增强机体的应激状态 ,减轻脑水肿的程度 ,改善意识状态、呼吸功能障碍 ; Objective To study the clinical effects of using high dose of methylprednisolone to treat severe neurosurgical cases. Methods Twenty-five acute and sev ere neurosurgical cases treated early with high dose of methylprednisolone,to ev aluate the effects in cases accompanied with severe brain edema, central respira tory insufficiency and irritable peptic ulcer. Results With fi ve death ,the glasgow coma scales of the rest twenty cases raised from 3~6 when their admitted to 9~13 at the time of leaving. Conclusions B y the results we found that , it can obviously raise the irritative state of huma n body, release the degree of brain edema,unconsiciousness and respiratory insuf ficiency. We found no significant relationship with irritable severe digestive t ract bleeding.
