摘要
目的 :观察凉血石膏汤治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将51例患者按照2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组以凉血石膏汤治疗,对照组以氯雷他定片口服治疗。两组同时给予3%硼酸溶液湿敷,局部干燥者给予硅油乳膏(院内制剂)外涂。4周1个疗程。结果:治疗组症状体征评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组显效率76.47%,对照组显效率35.29%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:凉血石膏汤治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎有较好疗效,同时在改善红斑、丘疹、灼热感方面明显优于对照组。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Liangxueshigao Decoction for facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis （FCAD）. Methods： We randomly divided 51 FCAD cases into a treatment and a control group in the proportion of 2 ： 1. Liangxueshigao Decoction was applied in the treatment group, and Loratadine Tablets in the control group. 3% of boric acid solution was used in both groups. A hospital preparation of silicone oil cream was applied in facial dry symptom. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results： The scores of symptoms and signs of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The significant effective rate of the treatment group was dramatically highered than that of control group with 35.29% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Liangxueshigao Decoction is better than the control group medicine in curative effect and lightening erythema, papula and burning heat sensation.
