摘要
随着外用激素制剂的广泛使用,激素依赖性皮炎的发病率不断增高,引起了人们的高度关注。本文通过查阅和整理相关文献,对该病的定义、病因、发病机制、组织病理、临床表现、诊断及治疗等研究现状做一论述。进一步探讨激素依赖性皮炎的发病机制及寻求更好的治疗方法,将是我们未来实验与临床研究的方向。
With the widespread use of topical corticosteroids, the incidence of Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis raise up significantly, which arouse great attention. In this paper, the author consulted and organized the relevant literatures, sumed up the Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis＂ definition, etiology, pathogenesis, histopathology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment research. To further explore the pathogenesis of Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis and seek better treatment methods will be our future experimental and clinical research direction.
