摘要
28 0例患者 ,分别外用皮康王霜、皮炎平霜、肤轻松霜等 ,或外用 2种以上的皮质类固醇制剂。人均用药时间为 2个月～ 30个月 ,人均用药量为 1 5g～ 5 0 0g ,用药后不仅使所有患者的原发皮肤病的病情加重 ,且出现副作用 ,对仍在外用皮质类固醇的 2 5 6例停药并对症施治 ,有 1 80例获得成功。
patients were treated with one or more kinds of Cortical steroid. The average medication time was 2 months～30 months ,and the average medication dose was 15 g～500 g. The primary dermatosis of patients was more serious with side effect. 256 patients who were treated with Cortical steroid were stopped and given expectant treatment. The 180 patients were cured.
