摘要
高校主题班会是辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育活动的重要载体和组织形式,辅导员的主题班会组织能力是主题班会水平的重要保障,因此提升辅导员主题班会组织能力是高校推进学生思想政治教育工作水平的重要基础条件。高校可以通过加强专项指导培训、实施主题班会观摩评比制度和主题班会集体备课制度、完善辅导员工作考核制度的相关规章制度等举措,提升辅导员的主题班会组织能力。
Theme class meeting is an important carrier and organizational form for college counselors to carry out ideological and political education activities. Counselor＇s organizing ability is the important guarantee of the level of the theme class meeting, so improving counselor＇s theme class meeting organizing ability is the important basic condition for colleges to promote the level of students ideological and political education work. Colleges can improve counselors＂ theme class meeting organizing ability by strengthening special guidance and training, adopting theme class meeting watching and appraisal system and collective preparation of instruction system and modifying counselor work appraisal system and so on.
