摘要
实习支教作为目前我国高等师范院校的一种实践教学模式,对师范大学生的成长产生了积极影响,突出表现其在实习支教后产生的学习需要。文章从知识、素质、能力三方面对其进行了分析。实习支教后,师范大学生感到自己多方面知识缺乏;意识到多方面素质对教师的重要性;认为自己多方面能力需要提高。
As a practical teaching model of higher normal colleges in our country,practice teaching has a positive effect on normal college students.It eminently performed at their learning needs engendered after practical teaching.The paper analyses it from three aspects as knowledge,diathesis,ability.After practical teaching,the normal college students realize that they lacked many aspects of knowledge,quality,ability.
