摘要
本文认为，提高大学生综合素质的一个重要途径是丰富大学生的学习需要内涵。大学生要在自己学习内容上实现四个变迁：第一个变迁是在业务素质学习内容上做到博、专、精、特、思，积极培养自己的创造性意识和素质；第二个变迁是在文化素质学习内容上做到积极培养自己的发展个性，开发自己更多的智力与潜能；第三个变迁是在思想道德素质学习内容上培养自己的责任感与合作意识；第四个变迁是在身体心理素质学习需要内容上培养自己的情感智力，提高自己的抗挫能力。除此之外，大学生还要实现学习方式上的两个变迁：第一是优化自己的学习方式；第二是对学校和教师教学方式新的要求。
To improve a college student's compound quality,the author's opinion is that an important way is enriching his learning content.To do this,the college student must realize four changes in his studying. Firsty,he should know his expertise and be profound in his profession,and develop his creative consciousness actively. secondly,his personality and latent capacity should also be opened up and developed fully. The third is about his sense of duty and cooperation spirit. The last is about psychological quality,a college student should train his emotion and improve his ability of facing failure.At the same time, a college student should realize two changes in study manner：One is to optimize his study approach; the other is raising some new pattern of teaching for their school and teachers.
