2012年深圳市某社区健康人群手足口病隐性感染调查研究 被引量:6

Investigation on HFMD recessive infection in healthy population in some community of Shenzhen in 2012

摘要 目的了解深圳市某社区2012年成人及健康儿童手足口病隐性感染情况,探讨肠道病毒隐性感染在儿童手足口病(HFMD)中的危害性。方法在该社区健康人群中随机选取不同年龄层个体,酶联免疫法检测血清中抗肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A16型(CoxA16)的IgG抗体水平;同时进行粪便标本肠道病毒通用型、肠道病毒71型(EV71)、柯萨奇A16型(CA16)核酸检测。结果抗EV71和CoxA16 IgG抗体的阳性率随年龄增长,先上升后下降,5~岁儿童组的抗EV71IgG和抗CoxA16 IgG抗体阳性率最高,粪便样本中EV通用型阳性16.67%,5岁以下85.0%。CA16阳性3份,EV71阳性2份,均属于0~岁组。结论人群对EV71和CoxA16普遍易感,5岁以内儿童为主要感染人群,感染以后能产生特异性免疫力。肠道病毒在人群中隐形感染较为普遍,但健康人群中引起手足口病常见的EV71和CA16亚型隐性感染率低。 Objective To understand the epidemic situation of recessive infection of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) in healthy adults and children in some community of Shenzhen in 2012, and investigate the prevalent fea- tures and harmfulness of recessive infection in healthy people and children suffered from HFMD. Methods Healthy people aged 0 - 59 years old were randomly selected in the community in 2012 to detect the antibody against enterovirus71 (EV71) and Coxsackievirus A16(CoxA16) by ELISA. At the same time, feces were detected for the enterovirus nucleic acid, including general enterovirus, EV71 and CA16 type. Results The positive rate of IgG antibody against EV71 and CoxA16 increased first and then decreased along with the age growth, and the highest positive rate were found in 5 - year old group. In all feces samples, universal enterovirus positive rate was 16.67% , among which the positive samples under 5 years old accounted for 85.0%. Three specimens were CA16 positive and 2 specimens were EV71 positive, all belonging to 0 - year old group. Conclusion People are general- ly susceptible to EV71 and CoxA16, and the infection can produce specific immunity. Children under 5 years old were the main infected population. But recessive infection rates of CA16 subtype and EV71 were low in healthy pop- ulation.
