摘要 目的:通过参加能力验证,加强实验室间的技术交流,提高检测技能,验证实验室的检测能力。方法:采用SN0170-1992、mini-VIDAS、API20E、科玛嘉显色培养基、ISO6579-2002等方法对沙门氏菌进行检测。结果:采用这5种方法能准确鉴定出测试样品中的沙门氏菌,取得满意结果。结论:通过本次能力验证,证明没有任何一种培养基可以全面保证所有食品基质或各种沙门氏菌血清型生长,在日常检验中,为减少假阴性结果,同时使用两种或两种以上培养基平行地进行实验是完全有必要的。 [Objective] To strengthen laboratory technical communion, improve inspection level, and validate the capability of micro- organism detection by ability test. [Method] Salmonella was tested by SN0170--1992, mini-VIDAS, API20E, CI-IROMagar and ISO6579- 2002 respectively. [Result] The Salmonella in given samples were identified accurately and accomplished with satisfactory results by using these methods. [Conclusion] Through this ability test, it proved that there weren't any medium can fully guarantee all the food matrix or va- rious Salmonella serovar growth, so in the daily inspection, in order to reduce the negative results, parallel experiments using two or more than two kinds of medium was completely necessary.
