摘要
运用系统功能语言学的理论,从经验功能的角度出发,阐释李白的《静夜思》及其两个英译本及物性中的物质过程、心理过程、关系过程、行为过程、言语过程和存在过程。通过表格形式对原诗及其二译本进行比较,分析英译本与原诗的表达差异,发现译文一从形式和及物性上,更忠实于原诗。
Applying the theory of Systemic Functional Linguistics,this paper analyzes Li Bai＇s poem Jing Ye Si and its two English versions from the perspective of experimental function in terms of transitivity,which consists of material,mental,relational,behavioral,verbal and existential process so as to bring some inspirations upon the comprehension of the poetic text as well as the process of translation.Relevant data analyses as shown in the tables reveal differences in the way of expressions between the translated versions and the original poem as well as between the two translated versions.Through the comparative analysis it is discovered that the first version is rendered closer to the original both in form and transitivity.
