摘要
不断完善竞争性选拔干部方式是党的十八大报告中明确提出的要求。竞争性选拔干部作为干部人事制度改革的重要成果,历经探索、实践和完善,已经成为干部选拔的重要方式之一。随着社会主义民主政治进程的推进和改革的深化,人民群众对干部工作民主化、科学化、规范化的要求不断提升。因此,不断深化对竞争性选拔干部工作的研究,分析存在的问题、不断完善方式方法,增强工作的科学性显得尤为重要。
Constant improvement of the competitive selection of cadres is the clearly defined requirement in the Work Report of the 18th CPC National Congress. Competitive selection of cadres, as an important result of reform in cadres and personnel system, has undergone the stages of exploration, practice and improvement, and has become one of the important means of selecting cadres. With the advancement of socialist democratic political process and the deepening of reform, people have higher demand for democratization, scientific nature and standardization in selection of cadres. As a result, we should continuously deepen studies on the methods of competitive selection of cadres, so as to find out the rules and analyze the existing problems. Thus we can constantly improve the methods and improve the scientific nature of the process.
