摘要
全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养要兼顾专业能力与职业技能,其协同培养面临着教学安排的冲突、职业经验的缺失、实践平台的不足等困难。专业能力与职业技能协同培养要坚持以职业实践能力为核心,达成深度与广度的动态平衡,聚焦于良好合作的长效机制,做到学术指导与实践指导相互配合、理论课程与实践课程统筹兼顾、校内培养与校外实践相辅相成。
In spite of difficulties in instruction and shortages in professional experience and practice platforms, the training of full-time professional master's students should offer both academic abilities and occupational skills. Integrated training should be aimed at hands-on professional capacity with a dynamic balance of breadth and depth of training and a long-term mechanism of cooperation. To achieve the above, academic guidance should be integrated with supervised practice, theoretical studies with praeticum courses, and school training with outside practice.
