摘要
长期以来,线粒体被认为是细胞存活的关键。然而,直到20世纪90年代中期,线粒体在细胞程序性死亡中所起的重要作用才被人们所认知。线粒体凋亡通路与线粒体相关的一些重要蛋白,如促凋亡因子、细胞色素C、凋亡诱导因子(AIF)、线粒体衍生的第二种半胱天冬酶激活剂(Smac)、高温应激蛋白A2(HtrA2)、核酸内切酶G等在细胞凋亡过程中共同发挥着调控作用。该文主要就线粒体凋亡通路在哺乳动物细胞中所起作用的研究进展予以综述。
Mitochondria plays an important role in the energy metabolism of cell. However, the mhochon-drial important function in death pathway was not recognized until the mid-1990s. Some mitochondrial associated proteins,such as proapoptotic factors,cytochrome c,apoptosis-inducing factor,second mitochondria-derived activator of caspases,high-temperature requirement A2,endonuclease G play important roles in the process of apoptosis. Here is to make a review mainly focusing on the role of mitochondria in mammalian cell death.
