摘要
从心理契约理论和企业文化理论出发,界定与明确了企业案例法的内涵与特点,分析与探讨了企业案例法在企业文化建设中的运用与意义。研究发现:在企业文化建设过程中,如同控制商业契约的起草、谈判、检查、争议处理等交易成本,企业案例法还能有效降低这个过程中达成、巩固、调整心理契约内容的内部协调成本。因此,案例作为心理契约的优良载体,发挥了其他方法所不擅长的综合优势,克服了心理契约特点带来的不利影响,有力地促进了文化建设的导入、强化和演进三个过程。
Based on psychological contract theory and enterprise culture theory, connotations and characteristics of enterprise case method are defined and described, and its application and significance in enterprise culture construction are analyzed and discussed. In this research, two facts are found out. In enterprise culture construction, enterprise case method can reduce internal co- ordination costs brought by reaching, consolidating and adjusting psychological contracts as well as control transaction costs brought by drafting commercial contracts, negotiation, checking and settlement of disputes. Therefore, as an excellent carrier of psychological contracts, a case makes full use of integrative advantages of its characteristics, overcomes adverse influences led by characteristics of psychological contracts, and promotes introduction, consolidation and evolution processes in culture construction.
