摘要
针对目前空客A320飞行模拟机上使用的真飞机地平仪价格昂贵、不易维修等特点,提出了一种在A320飞行模拟机中使用的仿真地平仪。详细阐述了仿真地平仪步进电动机闭环系统和分段升降频设计方案,论述了采用数字信号处理器和步进电动机的硬件、软件设计原理及方法,并将该地平仪安装到A320飞行模拟机进行测试。测试结果表明,该仿真地平仪能够完全满足设计要求,具有响应速度快、故障率低等特点。
Aiming at the true aircraft level flight indicator is expensive and difficult to maintenance, which is used for Airbus A320 flight simulator, the emulated level flight indicator for A320 flight simulator was proposed. The closed loop sys- tem stepping motor of emulated level flight indicator was described in detail, design project of segmentation ascending and decreasing frequency were analyzed. The principles and methods of the hardware and software design of using digital signal processor and step motor were expounded, and the level flight indicator was installed to the A320 flight simulator for testing. The test resuh indicates that the emulated level flight indicator can fully meet the design requirements, and it has some features, such as quick response speed and low failure rate.
