摘要 以正在开发的切割机器人为研究背景,论述了应用数字信号处理器DSP实现多步进电机联动的控制方法。介绍了控制系统组成结构,详细阐述了通过DSP控制器解决步进电机的加减速问题和多轴联动问题。也介绍了实际应用过程中,在系统处理中断响应及DSP控制程序编写上需要注意的一些问题。实验表明由DSP控制多步进电机的联动是灵活,准确且可行的。 Taking the progress of a cutting robot which researched as background.a control system to realize the multi-step motor coordinated motion was discussed in this paper based on digital signal processor.The structure of the control system was given out and by using DSP controller,the problems of solving the control of acceleration and deceleration and the control of coordinated motion was discussed in details.How did the system deal with the require of interrupt and some questions which may occur during the control program was organized were also introduced,in actual applications.The results shew that by using DSP the control of multi-step motor coordinated motion was flexible accurate and realizable.
