摘要
旋转变压器式航空地平仪试验器一般采用模拟旋转变压器提供测试信号,给定误差较大。较为先进的航空地平仪试验器通过数字旋转变压器提供测试信号,但试验器价格较高。提出了一种基于数字式正余弦旋转变压器航空地平仪试验器的详细设计方法。由于所采用的数字式正余弦旋转变压器为自行研制,价格低廉,精度与现有产品相当,显著提高了试验器的性价比。实际应用证明该试验器工作稳定,测量准确,较好地解决了上述航空地平仪试验器所存在的问题。
The tester of resolver type aeronautical gyro horizon uses the analog resolver to provide the testing signal generally and its assigned error is big.The more advanced aeronautical gyro horizon tester provides the testing signal through the digit resolver,but the tester price is high.A detail design method was proposed of an aeronautical gyro horizon tester based on a digital sine-cosine resolver.The digital sine-cosine resolver was self-developed and its price is low and precision equals the existing product,so the tester's performance-to-price ratio is obviously enhanced.The practical application proves that this tester works stably and its testing result is accurate.The problems existed on the above aeronautical gyro horizon tester are well resolved.
