摘要
次中心城市在区域经济发展中发挥着重要作用,在前期合理选择哪些城市作为次中心城市培育对象至关重要。从次中心城市所应具备的内在条件和外在作用考虑,可将次中心城市的形成条件归为两类:自身综合实力和对周围城市的带动能力;然后分别建立了相应的量化模型以及综合评价模型;最后应用此模型对河北省各县市进行了综合定量评价和排序,并选出24个次中心城市培育对象。此项研究可为河北省次中心城市的发展建设提供理论依据。
The sub-regional central city plays an important role in the development of regional economy, so in the early stage it is crucial that which city is reasonably chosen as cultivating object of sub-regional central city. Considering the internal factors and the external effects of the sub-regional central city, the formation conditions of sub-regional central city are classified into two categories：self comprehensive strength and the driving ability to surrounding cities. Then the corresponding quantitative model and comprehensive evaluation model are built respectively. Finally, the models are applied to choose sub-regional central cities in Hebei Province.. all counties and cities in Hebei are evaluated and ranked, 24 cultivating objects are chosen. This study can pro- vide a theoretical basis for the development of the sub-regional central city construction in Hebei Province.
