摘要
基于新经济地理学的市场潜力模型,运用2009-2011年数据计算了京津冀各城市的综合市场潜力、市场潜力贡献份额及市场潜力差距,得出以下结论:1)京津冀区域市场潜力空间格局以京津为中心,由内向外递减,可分为3个等级:北京、天津和廊坊地区市场潜力最高,唐山、保定、沧州和石家庄次之,秦皇岛、邯郸、邢台、衡水、承德和张家口最低;2)廊坊、唐山、保定、沧州、承德和张家口地区的市场份额主要来自京津,与京津联系最密切;3)河北和京津市场潜力差距有逐步扩大的趋势。因此要实现京津冀地区的协调发展,必须充分发挥京津的辐射带动作用,有选择地把京津一些产业向河北转移。基于此,进一步对京、津和河北省各行业产业市场潜力进行了计算和分析,探讨了京津冀各行业产业转移和合作的基本思路,对京津冀空间结构优化及产业转移提出了政策建议。
This paper applies market potential model based on new economic geography, using the data of Beij ing, Tianjin and the cities of Hebei Province during 2009-2011 to calculate the comprehensive market potential,market potential share and market potential gap, the results showed： 1） The spatial pattern of market potential in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is with Beijing and Tianjin as the center,and the market potential is decreasing from inside to outside, it can he divided into three grades：Beijing, Tianjin and Langfang area is the highest market potential, Tangshan, Baoding, Shijiazhuang and Cangzhou is second, Qinhuangd- ao, Xingtai, Handan, Hengshui, Chengde and Zhangjiakou is minimum. 2） Area market share of Langfang, Tangshan, Baoding, Cangzhou, Chengde and Zhangjiakou mainly comes from Beijing and Tianj in. 3） Market potential gap in Hebei, Beij ing and Tian- jin has the trend of gradually expanding. Therefore, to achieve coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, we must give full play to the role of the radiation of Beijing and Tianjin, there is a choice to transfer some industries to Hebei. Based on this, this paper further analyzes the potential of the industry market in Tianjin, Beijing and Hebei Province, and discusses the basic ideas of the industrial transformation and cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Finally, based on the above re- search, the policy recommendations for the optimization of the spatial structure and industrial transfer of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are put forward.
