摘要
提出并设计了一种基于 CMOS工艺实现的高速高精度的单向隔离模拟开关 ,该开关用在高速两步法 A/D转换器中使电路结构大为简化 .通过对开关特性的理论分析与电路模拟 ,证明了这种模拟开关具有高速可控性 。
A high-speed and high-precision single-way analog switch based on CMOS techn ology is proposed.Simple structure of two-step A/D converter is realized by ado p ting this switch. According to the analysis and simulation of the static and dyn amic performance of CMOS analog switch the high-speed and controlled property o f CMOS analog switch is proved. Analysis results also show that this switch is s uperior to the bipolar analog one in transmission precision. Owing to the popula r adoption of CMOS technology, this kind of CMOS analog switch palys important roles in new structure A/D、D/A converter circuits and the system integration in cluding digital circuits.
