摘要
在常规模拟开关分步法A/D转换器的基础上,提出了一种基于新型高速单向隔离模拟开关的分步法A/D转换器新结构。这种结构使常规模拟开关分步法所需的近2n个精密电阻和模拟开关的数量减少了90%左右,大大降低了高位A/D转换器电路结构的复杂程度,为制作高速、高精度A/D转换器开辟了一条新的途径。
A new architecture of analogtodigital converter(ADC) is presented, which is based on a new type of highspeed, monodirectiontransmission analog switch. The new ADC cuts down by 90% the number of 2n precision resistors and analog switches that are necessary for the conventional analog switch ADC, drastically reducing the complexity of the ADC circuit, and thus opening up a new path to manufacturing highspeed and highresolution ADC.
