摘要
人参属植物在中药领域有着举足轻重的地位,对其研究具有重要意义。之前主要利用传统的植物化学方法对人参属植物资源进行质量评价和药理机制研究,尚缺乏系统性,利用代谢组学方法能有效弥补该方法的不足。该文阐述了代谢组学的定义和研究方法,药用植物代谢组学的研究进展,以及代谢组学在人参属植物资源鉴定、质量评价、生态因子、药理活性、药代动力学和临床研究等方面的应用。
Genus Panax plants are important traditional Chinese medicines which have significant value. Previous researches of quality assessment and pharmacological mechanism on genus Panax resources were studied by traditional phytochemical methods, which were lack of systematic. However, metabolomics could be an appropriate and useful method. This review summarizes the definition and research methods of metabolomics advances in metabolomics research on medicinal plants, and the applications of resource identification, quality assessment, ecological factors, pharmacological activity, pharmacokinetic and clinical researching on genus Panax plants.
