摘要
为提高车身A级曲面光顺的质量和效率,研究了曲面曲率对曲面控制顶点排列的影响。对于基本曲面,可根据曲面曲率的大小调整曲面控制顶点的排列;在过渡曲面中,根据其曲率大小和连续性调整控制顶点排列。以某轿车后备箱盖为例进行了试验验证,结果表明,通过合理的控制顶点排列,获得了良好的形状品质并达到连续性要求,提高了曲面光顺的效率和质量。
To improve the quality and efficiency of auto-body surface smoothing,the effect of curvature of surfaces on curvature control vertexes arraying is studied in the paper.For the basic surfaces,the arraying of curvature control vertexes can be adjusted according to size of curvature of surface.For the transitional surfaces,the arraying of curvature control vertexes can be adjusted according to size of curvature and continuity.This paper takes trunk lid of a passenger car as example to test and verify the above founding,the results show that reasonable array of vertexes can improve the quality and efficiency of surfaces.
