摘要
以某款轿车车身造型设计为研究对象,通过激光扫描仪的非接触测量获取零件表面的云状数据,并利用Im-ageware软件对测量数据进行处理,且基于NURBS曲面重构理论进行车身造型表面重构,最终实现了车身零部件的曲面重构。与传统的车身造型设计方法相比,该方法提高了工作效率,缩短了新产品的开发周期。
The paper took vehicle body modeling design as research object,surface cloud data was came from laser scanner. Then survey data was carried on processing using Imageware software, and vehicle body modeling was rebuild based on the theory of NURBS curved surface. Last, the part modeling can be reconstructed.Compared with traditional automobile body design method ,the method enhanced working efficiency and reduced new product development cycle.
