摘要
依据汽车车身曲面的表示方法和几何连续条件,给出了汽车车身曲面控制顶点的排列规则,并通过实例进行了验证。结果表明,若要提高汽车车身A级曲面的构建效率和品质,所建的曲面应按点云边界特征来分布控制顶点,同时根据点云上曲率变化大小确定控制顶点的疏密;相拼接的曲面之间控制顶点排数尽量相同,使得每排控制顶点位于满足相切和曲率连续位置附近,以提高拼接的效率和减小拼接误差。
Arraying rule of auto body surface control vertices is given in the paper according to the representation and geometric continuity condition of auto body surface,and is verified with case example.The results show that in order to improve the building efficiency and quality of Class-A surface of auto body,the surface to be built shall use boundary characteristic of point cloud to distribute control vertices,meanwhile define density of control vertices according to curvature change of point cloud;the array of control vertices between the blending surfaces shall be as identical as possible,to improve blending efficiency and reducing blending error.
