植酸酶对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼生长、消化酶及消化率的影响 被引量:15

摘要 以初始体质量为(4.58±0.05)g的红鳍东方鲀Takifugu rubripes幼鱼为对象,进行为期60 d的饲养试验,研究植酸酶对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼生长、消化酶、消化率的影响。试验设6组:对照组D1,全鱼粉蛋白组;对照组D2,以豆粕替代30%鱼粉蛋白组;试验组S1~S4,在豆粕替代30%鱼粉蛋白基础上设4个不同的植酸酶添加水平(500、1 000、1 500、2 000 U/kg),每个组设3个重复。结果表明:各组幼鱼成活率没有显著差异(P>0.05);D1组幼鱼各项生长指标均最优,D2组幼鱼生长性能指标较D1组显著降低(P<0.05);添加植酸酶后,试验组幼鱼的生长状况得到一定程度的改善,添加植酸酶≥1 000 U/kg时,幼鱼的终末体质量、特定生长率较D2组明显提高(P<0.05),饵料系数较D2组显著降低(P<0.05);添加植酸酶能提高幼鱼肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶的活力;植酸酶一定程度上能提高干物质的消化率,但不明显(P>0.05);添加1 000 U/kg植酸酶时,幼鱼的蛋白表观消化率达到最高;添加1 000、1 500 U/kg植酸酶时,能显著提高幼鱼的脂肪消化率(P<0.05);添加植酸酶后,幼鱼的磷消化率较D2组显著升高(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,在本试验条件下,饲料中添加植酸酶可以促进红鳍东方鲀幼鱼生长、改善消化,建议饲料中植酸酶的适宜添加量为1 000~1 500 U/kg。 A 60-day feeding trail was conducted to study the influence of phytase on growth performance, digestive enzyme activity and apparent digestibility in juvenile fedfin puffer Takifugu rubripes with body weight of(4.58+ O. 05 ) g. The fish were fed diets containing fish meal protein ( control group D1 ), and 70% of fish meal protein and 30% of soybean meal protein (control group D2). In the experimental group, the fish were fed the 30% fish meal diets supplemented with phytase at a rate of 500 ( S1 ), 1 000 ( S2), 1 500 ( $3 ), and 2 000 ($4) U/kg with triplicate. The results showed that there were no significant effects on the survival rate of the juveniles in differ- ent groups( P〉0.05 ). The best growth performance was observed in the juveniles in the control group D1, signifi- cantly better than that in the control group D2 (P 〈 0.05 ). There were significantly higher final body weight (FBW) and specific growth rate (SGR) and lower food conversion rate (FCR) in the fish fed the diets containing phytase at a rate over 1 000 U/kg (P〈0.05). The fish fed the diets containing phytase had higher intestinal activi- ties of protease, lipase and amylase, and showed more dry matter digestibility without significant difference (P〉 O. 05 ). The maximum dietary protein digestibility was observed in the juveniles fed the diets supplemented with phytase at a dose of 1 000 U/kg diet, and significantly higher activity of lipase was found in the juveniles fed the diets supplemented with phytase at a dose of 1 000 and 1500 U/kg diet (P〈0.05). Increase in dietary phytase lev- el from 500 U/kg to 2 000 U/kg led to significantly elevated digestibility of phosphorus by the fish (P〈0.05). In conclusion, it is suggested that the optimal level of dietary phytase be from 1 000 U/kg diet to 1 500 U/kg diet since the phytase will promote the growth and improve digestibility of the puffer.
