摘要
试验旨在研究植物性饲料中添加不同梯度的中性植酸酶对黄金鲫(Carassiusauratus)生长、饲料利用和体成分的影响。以初始体质量为(10.71±0.16)g的黄金鲫幼鱼为研究对象,对照组添加磷酸二氢钙,试验组添加中性植酸酶,梯度依次为:0、300、600、900、1200U/kg,每组有3个平行组,饲养期60d。结果表明:随着饲料植酸酶水平的增加,各试验组黄金鲫特定生长率、饲料效率、蛋白质效率和肌肉蛋白质含量不断增加、饲料系数降低。当饲料植酸酶水平增加到900U/kg(4组)时,与对照组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。当饲料植酸酶水平增加到600U/kg(3组)时,黄金鲫蛋白质生产率升高、肌肉脂肪降低,且与对照组相比差异不显著(P〉0.05)。在本试验条件下,以特定生长率和蛋白质效率为评定指标,植物性黄金鲫饲料中植酸酶的适宜添加量为600~900U/kg。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of phytase levels in diet on growth perfor- mance,feed utilization and body composition of Carassius auratus. With an average weight of (10.71± 0.16) g, Carassius auratus were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 3 replicates per treatments, while calcium dihydrogen phosphate was added in the control group. The test groups were supplement- ed with different levels of phytase (0, 300, 600, 900, 1 200 U/kg). The trial period was 60 days. The results showed a marked increase in the specific growth ratio, the feed efficiency, the protein efficiency ratio and the protein productivity of Carassius auratus(600-900 U/kg), and significant reduce of the feed conversion ratio and the muscle fat(600-900 U/kg). According to the test results, based on specif- ic growth rate and protein efficiency ratio, the appropriate additive scope of phytase is 600-900 U/kg.
