摘要
目的:考察不同保存方法的血液样品中乙醇浓度的变化情况。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法,对存放条件不同的血液样品中乙醇进行检测。结果:样品在冷藏(4℃)条件密闭存放2周后乙醇浓度降低;半装与满装这两种保存方式中的乙醇含量无显著变化。结论:血液样品可在4℃条件下保存2周;试管未满装血液不会影响样品中的乙醇浓度。
Objective： Observing the influence of different preserving methods on the concentration of ethanol in blood sample. Methods： Measuring concentration of ethanol in blood samples preserved in different condition by headspace gas chromatography. Results： The concentration of ethanol decreased after the blood sample had been stored in 4℃ condition over two weeks, and the concentration of ethanol in the semi-pack test tube is the same with those in the full-pack test tube. Conclusion： The measurement of ethanol concentration should be finished in two weeks, and the blood can he stored in semi-packed or full-packed test tube.
