摘要
利用Thomson Data Analyzer及专利信息服务平台等工具,从专利年度申请趋势、专利法律状态、专利申请来源地、专利技术-功效分析等方面,对我国CIGS薄膜太阳电池专利技术的现状、竞争格局和发展趋势进行了分析,揭示了我国在CIGS薄膜太阳电池技术领域中面临的知识产权风险。
In this paper, China Patents on CIGS thin film solar cell were analyzed, with patent analysis tools, such as Thomson Data Ana- lyzer （TDA） and Patent Database Service Platform etc., through annual application trends analysis, patents legal statuses analysis, patent application＇s source distribution analysis, and especially from technology-function matrix analysis, to reveal the overall development of CIGS thin film solar cell technology in China, and the potential intellectual property risks for China in this field
