摘要
应用ELISA和PCR技术对香蕉叶脉坏死病病样进行病原检测。结果显示:病样在ELISA反应中对BBTV和CMV表现为阳性,对BSV表现为阴性;而在PCR反应中,对上述3种病毒均表现为阳性。初步研究认为,该病可能是由BBTV和CMV两种病毒复合侵染所致。
The ELISA and PCR technologies were used for pathogen detection of banana vein necrosis disease. The tested results showed that: (i)the disease samples were positive to BBTV and CMV, and negative to BSV in ELISA; (ii)were positive to all of the three viruses above in PCR. The preliminary conclusion is that the disease may caused by co-infection of BBTV and CMV.
