摘要
钢直尺的生产工艺决定了头部零位刻度线位置需要有一道工序进行剪切,但目前生产制造厂商都是通过人工进行零位剪切,即依靠人眼判断剪切位置,通过常规剪切机来剪切。阐述了如何通过视觉系统识别钢直尺零位刻度线位置,进行全自动化生产。
To have a process for the production technology of steel ruler decided of head zero scale line require cutting, but the current domestic and foreign production manufacturers are made by artificial zero shear, which rely on human eye judgment of shearing position, to cut through the shear machine common. This paper describes how to through the visual system identification of a steel ruler zero graduation line position, to fully automated production.
