摘要
将机器视觉技术应用于医疗酒精棉纱外包装自动检测中,对实现生产的自动化、智能化具有重要意义。本文设计了医疗酒精棉纱包装检测的硬件系统,使用了CCD相机及与之兼容性比较好的图像采集卡、LED光源、光电传感器及电平转换电路,搭建了具有外部触发功能的图像采集及高速图像传输系统,为软件的设计提供了可靠的环境。实验结果证明了系统硬件可以满足快速、实时采集高质量图像的要求。
Applied the machine vision technology in medical alcohol cotton yarn wrapping examination, have a great importance in realization of the automation and intelligence of manufacture.This paper design the hardware system of medical alcohol cotton yarn wrapping examination, use the CCD camera and collection card with high compatibility 、LED lamp、photoelectric sensor and voltage conversion circuit, build the image collection and high-speed image transmission system with external trigger circuit, provide the credible environment to the software design.The experimental results have proven it can satisfy the request of the fast 、real-time high quality image collection.
