基于机器视觉技术的钢直尺自动检定系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 针对钢直尺检定人工效率低、检测结果误差大等问题,提出采用机器视觉技术代替人工进行钢直尺的全自动检定工作。以CCD摄像头代替人眼,用高倍镜头对图像进行放大,从而达到刻度线图像的精准采集。图像经过边缘检测算法的处理后,精准实现标准尺与被检尺刻度线的定位,配合钢直尺刻度线误差检测算法,实现钢直尺刻度示值误差的自动计算,分析处理和报告导出。使用Qt5软件开发了上位机数据采集系统,简化了系统操作步骤,有效提高了钢直尺检定的可视化程度。利用单片机驱动步进电机移动CCD相机不断地对钢直尺不同部位进行刻度线识别与比较,并将检测的位移量反馈回上位机,最终由系统判定钢直尺的检测结果。实验结果表明,该装置可以很好地代替人眼实现钢直尺快速、准确地检定,检定最大误差小于0.2 mm,且检定速度小于2 s。 Aiming at the problems of low labor efficiency and large error in the inspection results of steel ruler verification,the study proposed to use machine vision technology to replace manual automatic verification of steel ruler.The human eye was replaced by a CCD camera,and the image was enlarged by a high-power lens,so as to achieve the accurate acquisition of the scale image.After the image was processed by the edge detection algorithm,the positioning of the scale line of the standard ruler and the inspected ruler could be accurately realized,and with the error detection algorithm of the steel ruler scale line,the automatic calculation,analysis processing and report export of the indication error of the steel ruler scale could be realized.The upper computer data acquisition system was developed using Qt5 software,which simplified the system operation steps and effectively improves the visualization degree of steel ruler verification.The single-chip microcomputer drove the stepper motor to move the CCD camera to continuously identify and compared the scale lines of different parts of the steel ruler,and fed the detected displacement back to the upper computer.Finally,the system determined the detection result of the steel ruler.The experimental results show that the device can well replace the human eye to realize the rapid and accurate verification of the steel ruler,the maximum verification error is less than 0.2 mm,and the verification speed is less than 2 s.
