不同海拔COPD患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1的表达 被引量:1

A STUDY ON MMP- 9 AND TIMP- 1 IN DIFFERENT ALTITUDE IN PATIENTS WITH COPD

摘要 目的通过ELISA法研究COPD患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及其基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)在不同海拔中的表达。方法选取西宁COPD患者31例作为中度海拔组,同期玉树COPD患者24例作为高海拔组。各组均空腹采静脉血标本3 mL静置1 h后常温下离心(3000G)10 min取血清。用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定MMP-9、TIMP-1。比较不同海拔地区COPD患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1的差异。结果高海拔地区COPD组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平为64.198±8.800、10.715±0.630 pg/mL;中度海拔地区COPD组血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平为50.241±5.552、12.025±0.452 pg/mL。不同海拔COPD患者血清MMP-9值相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。不同海拔地区COPD患者血清TIMP-1值相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论不同海拔COPD患者血清MMP-9、TIMP-1值存在差异。 Objective serum matrix metalloproteinases - 9 ( MMP - 9 ) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP- 1 )in different altitude in patients with COPD was investigated by ELISA. Methods 31 cases of patients with COPD in Xining as a moderate elevation group ,24 patients with COPD in Yushu as a high altitude group. Fast- ing venous blood 3 ml was taken respectively and stand for lh at room temperature under 3000G centrifugal 10min, using a double antibody sandwich enzyme immunosorbent assay (ELISA)to determine their level of MMP -9 and TIMP - 1 and the serum MMP -9 and TIMP - 1 in different altitudes in patients with COPD were compared. Result In the high altitudes,the expressions of MMP -9 and TIMP - 1 in the patients with COPD were 64. 198 ±8. 800 pg/mL and 10. 715± 0. 630 pg/mL, respectively. In the moderate altitudes, the expressions of MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 in patients with COPD were 50. 241± 5. 552 pg/mL and 12. 025± 0.452 pg/mL, respectively. Both the level of MMP -9 and TIMP - 1 in patients with COPD in different altitude showed significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of serum MMP - 9 and TIMP - 1 in patients with COPD in different altitude is difference.
