摘要
通过对管道化溶出矿浆管裂纹情况的分析、裂纹的试验性处理、12Cr1MoVG材质的理论分析、中外材质的比较、失效焊接接头的分析试验、套管式加热器的设计结构、应力腐蚀-碱脆对管道化溶出装置造成的影响等几方面论述了影响矿浆管焊缝裂纹的因素。认为影响矿浆管焊缝裂纹的主要原因是应力腐蚀引起的碱脆;认为12Cr1MoVG材质不适合于矿浆管的施工和工况条件。文章认为解决该矿浆管焊缝连续出现裂纹的较有效的办法是采用对碱脆不太敏感的材质(如16Mn、20等)替换原12Cr1MoVG材质的溶出矿浆管。
From some aspects such as analysis of crakes of slurry tube for tube digestion, experimental treatment for crakes, theory analysis of 12Crl MoVG, comparing with materials from home and abroad, analysis experiment of failure welded joint, design structure of tubular heater, the influence of stress corro- sion and caustic embrittlement on tube digestion device, the influencing factors on weld crake of slurry tube are described. The conclusions show that the main reason influencing weld crakes is caustic embrittlement caused by stress corrosion and the 12CrIMoVG used for slurry tube is not fit for the construc- tion and working conditions, the materials( such as 16Mn and 20g) insensitive to caustic embrittlement are adopted to efficiently solve the problems of crakes occuring continuously, instead of 12CrlMoVG.
