摘要
在对钻铤焊接特性进行分析的基础上,选择了脉冲熔化极氩弧焊窄间隙焊接方法来修复钻铤,介绍了钻铤窄间隙焊机的性能,制定了钻铤窄间隙焊接工艺,并规范了焊接操作技术。经检验,焊接接头抗拉强度为820MPa,屈服强度为630MPa;热影响区、熔合线、焊缝平均冲击吸收功分别为72,31,80J,最低冲击吸收功为22J。采用窄间隙焊接技术焊接的200根钻铤已在胜利油田100多口油井的施工中得到了广泛的使用,未出现任何焊接质量问题。
Narrow-gap welding with impulse MIG was utilized in the welding of drill collar according to the weldability analysis of drill collar material.Special welding machine for narrow gap of chick-wall pipe drilling tool was introduced and narrow-gap welding technology was framed, and welding operation technology was specified.Through inspection, the tensile strength of the welding joint is 820 MPa and its yield strength is 630 MPa; the average impact absorbing energy heat affected zone, melting line and weld are 72 J, 31 J and 80 J, the lowest impact absorbing energy of weld is above 22 J.200 drill collars have been welded through narrow-gap welding with impulse MIG.They were used in 100 drilling wells of Shengli oil field, and they have never defection of welding quality.
