非共熔池双丝窄间隙GMA立焊工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 双丝窄间隙焊接技术具有焊接效率高和焊接质量好等诸多优势。利用优化设计的双丝窄间隙焊接系统,对双丝窄间隙非共熔池GMA立焊工艺进行了研究,重点分析了送丝速度、焊接速度和峰值电压对双丝窄间隙GMA立焊焊缝成形影响规律。结果表明:随着送丝速度的增加,熔深和熔宽呈现先增大后减少的趋势;焊接速度的增大,会使焊缝熔宽减小,但对焊缝熔深影响甚微;峰值电压的增大,有利于熔宽的增大,但过大的峰值电压会出现咬边缺陷。 Tandem wire narrow gap-gas metal arc welding(NG-GMAW) technology has many advantages such as high welding efficiency and quality.The vertical welding process of tandem wire NG-GMAW with separate weld pool mode was studied by using the optimal tandem NGGMAW,and the effects of wire feeding rate,travelling speed and pulsed peak voltage on weld bead formation were mainly analyzed.The results indicated that the weld width increases as wire feeding rate increases from 9 m/min to 10 m/min,and then decreases with the increasing of wire feeding rate.The bead width decreases while its penetration keeps constant with the increase of travelling speed;increasing pulse peak voltage results in the increase of bead width,but the weld bead presents the defect of undercut when pulse voltage is higher than 34 V.
