摘要
应用流体力学计算 (CFD)软件 ,对管道化溶出系统中矿浆与石灰乳的混合过程进行了数值计算 ,并进行了相应的模型实验。结果表明 :当矿浆、石灰乳流量一定时 ,其均匀混合的距离随矿浆流速的增加而增长 ,随石灰乳流速的增加而缩短。数值计算结果与模型实验结果一致 ,且与生产实践中所观察到的现象吻合。
The process of mixing the bauxite slurry and lime milk is calculated numerically by CFD software and modeled by experiment The results show that when the flue of the bauxite slurry and lime milk is constant,their mixing distance is increased with increasing velocity of the bauxite slurry and decreased with increasing velocity of the lime milk The result of simulation is agreement with that of the model experiment and with the fact observed in the producing practice
